沙特成功引入中国电科在沙特建造无人机厂

沙特和中国于上周六签署了在沙特本地建造无人机的协议。

沙特高级通信和电子系统公司（ACES）同中国全球知识转移公司签署了一项战略协议，在沙特制造无人机载荷系统。在沙特高级通信和电子系统公司（ACES）宣布在沙特成立无人机公司，即航空解决方案之后，宣布了该项协议。TheSaudiAdvancedCommunicationsandElectronicsSystemsCompany(ACES)signedthestrategicagreementwithaChineseglobalknowledgetransfercompanytomanufacturedronepayloadsystemsintheKingdom.ThepactwassignedafterACESannouncedtheestablishmentofanewcompanyforunmannedaircraftintheKingdom,namelyAerialSolutions.

合同的签约方是中国电子科技集团（CETC），世界上最大的防御公司之一。这家国有防御集团特别擅长两用电子设备。ThenewagreementwassignedwithChinaElectronicsTechnologyGroupCorporation(CETC),oneoftheworld’slargestdefensecompanies.Thestate-ownedChinesedefenseconglomerateisspecializedindual-useelectronics.

该项协议将促进中国公司在沙特设立多种空中无人驾驶器的科研中心和组建制作团队。TheagreementwillfacilitatetheChinesecompanytosetuparesearchanddevelopmentcenterandmanufacturingteamforvarioustypesofunmannedaerialvehicle(UAV)payloadsystems,includingcommunicationsunits,flightcontrolunits,camerasystems,radarsystemsandwirelessdetectionsystems.

沙特将利用中国企业旗下的数十家科研机构的20多年科研经验。TheKingdomwilltakeadvantageoftheChinesecompany’svastexperiencespanningover20yearsinresearchanddevelopment,withitsdozensofresearchinstitutes.
