Civil Aviation Authority of the United Kingdom Announced to adopt European certification standard(SC-VTOL) for eVTOL
英国民航局(CAA)宣布将对电动垂直起降(eVTOL)飞机认证采用欧洲认证标准(SC-VTOL)
CAA claimed that countries and continents worldwide should have a uniform standard for safety to maintain high level of safety, reduce industry costs and helps to UK eVTOL industry into global market.
It is said that the VX4, which is co-invented by Vertical Aerospace and GKN Aerospace, plans to be in operation in 2025. GKN offers aerofoil and electrical wiring system to VX4.The prototype for flight test is being assembled in Global Technology Centre in Bristol.

据悉,英国Vertical航空与GKN航空合作研发的eVTOL飞机VX4计划2025年投入运营,GKN为VX4提供机翼和电气布线系统,试飞原型机正在GKN位于英国布里斯托尔的全球技术中心组装。
Overair Received $145 Million in Funding
美国Overair公司宣布获得1.45亿美元融资
The funding is for development of the six “Butterfly” eVTOL with tilt-rotor. Overair plans to fly a prototype next year and achieve FAA certification in 2026. It is a joint ventures of Hanwha Systems( one of top ten Korean conglomerate) and Karem Aircraft, founded in California, America.The funding comes from the aerospace division of Korean conglomerate Hanwha Systems.
融资将主要用于其六座“蝴蝶”倾转旋翼eVTOL原型机研发,并计划于明年下半年开始试飞,2026年取得FAA适航证。该公司为韩华集团(韩国十大财团之一)与以色列Karem飞机在美国加州成立的合资公司,韩华集团持有30%股份。此轮投资方为韩华集团旗下韩华系统公司、韩华航空航天公司。

(CAAP), the largest private-sector airport concession operator in the world signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) to design and integrate a service and support ecosystem for Urban Air Mobility (“UAM”) operations in Europe and Latin America.

NASA Plans to Fly the First All-Electric Aircraft X-57 Next Month
美国航天局(NASA)计划在下个月内进行首架纯电动飞机X-57试飞
The experiment commenced in 2016, making use of the distributed electric propulsion system.It is equipped with 2 60-kilowatt motors and 12 small foldable propellers, powered by two lithium-ion battery packs weighing about 180 kilograms. It is reported that NASA will develop a 9-seat electric general aircraft demonstrator in the future, and plans to launch a hybrid electric propulsion regional aircraft demonstrator in 2026, which will have 60 to 90 seats.
该实验项目于2016年启动,采用分布式电推进系统,配备2个60千瓦的电机及12个可折叠小型螺旋桨,由2个重约180千克的锂离子电池组供电。据悉,NASA后续将研发9座级电动通用飞机验证机,并计划在2026年推出60-90座级混合电推进支线飞机验证机。
