向巴基斯坦抗灾捐助的倡议
协会党委各直属党组织、协会会员及行业企业：
今年6月份以来，巴基斯坦遭遇罕见的季风降雨和毁灭性洪水，遭受了前所未有的自然气候灾害，对巴基斯坦人民的生命、庄稼、牲畜、房屋、基础设施和通信等造成了严重的破坏，造成重大人员伤亡。受灾地区人员流离失所，当前只能依靠外部援助和救济。洪水冲毁了大量道路和桥梁，使得救援工作进行缓慢。目前，该国三分之一的土地被淹，受灾人数已突破3300万人。这是一场史无前例的气候灾难，预计经济损失高达100亿美元。由于降雨和洪水不太可能很快消退，伤亡数字可能还会持续上升。
在这一重大考验和磨难的时刻，巴基斯坦政府正求助于国际社会的朋友，巴基斯坦驻华总领事馆向我们发出求助，向受灾地区提供现金和实物援助。为此，深圳市安全防范行业协会党委联合各社会组织并向协会党委直属各基层党组织和广大会员单位及行业企业，发出倡议，为友好的巴基斯坦人民,尽己所能，奉献爱心，帮助巴基斯坦人民渡过难关。

新闻如下：
自6月以来，巴基斯坦正遭受史无前例地季风性暴雨洪灾。据巴基斯坦灾害管理局官方信息，截至目前已造成超过1162人死亡，超过3554人在雨水洪灾中受伤, 3000多万人民受灾。
Since June,Pakistan has been hit by unprecedented monsoon rains, which have killed over 1,162 people, injured over 3554 others in the rain and flood-related mishaps and has affected over 30 million residents, according to National Disaster Management Authority.
数据显示，超过5063千米的公路，243座桥，170家商铺及约105万房屋倒塌或破坏，73万多家畜无处可寻。
Data showed that more than 5063 kilometers of roads, 243 bridges, 170 shops, and 1,051,570 houses have been partially and completely damaged, and 735,375 livestock animals have been lost across the country.

根据联合国卫星中心卫星图和数据分析，巴基斯坦全国超过5.5万平方公里的陆地在3日至23日期间曾被洪水淹没。

联合国秘书长António Guterres昨日表示整个世界都在“梦游”，我们的家园环境在逐步走向毁灭。巴基斯坦人民正面临着恶劣的季风天气，遭受大规模暴雨洪灾。世界各地恶劣天气事件愈演愈烈，对此我们并没有重视，也没有采取措施应对气候威胁，全球温室气体排放量不断上升，身处各地的我们也身处在愈加危险的境地。”
UN Secretary General António Guterres on Tuesday warned that the world is "sleepwalking" into environmental destruction. "The Pakistani people are facing a monsoon on steroids -- the relentless impact of epochal levels of rain and flooding,""As we continue to see more and more extreme weather events around the world, it is outrageous that climate action is being put on the back burner as global emissions of greenhouse gases are still rising, putting all of us -- everywhere -- in growing danger," he said.
巴基斯坦总理Shehbaz Sharif表示此次洪灾是巴基斯坦历史上最严重的一次。巴基斯坦政府宣布该国进入紧急状态，并呼吁其他国家和国际组织提供一切可能援助。
Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the current flooding in Pakistan has been "the worst in the country's history." Government of Pakistan announced that the country is in dire need and they appeals for the whole world to provide all possible assistance.
洪水涌流在街道上，淹没整个村庄，摧毁桥梁，气候危机正在不同程度地影响着整个世界。
Images of water gushing down streets, swallowing villages and destroying bridges serve as a stark reminder of the inequities of the climate crisis, which impacts the developing world disproportionately.

The deadly flood continued to engulf a large area of Pakistan and some of the civilians had to takes refuge along a road in a makeshift tent in Mehar.
缺乏卫生的设施和不干净的饮用水提高了洪灾区人民感染疾病的风险，将近两万人急需食物和医疗支持。
A lack of hygiene facilities and clean drinking water has exacerbated the risk of diseases spreading in flooded areas, with nearly 20,000 people in need of critical food supplies and medical support, Baloch added.
面对巴基斯坦遭遇前所未有的自然灾害以及亟待解决灾害所引发的次生问题，巴基斯坦驻广州总领事馆总领事寻求协会各方的帮助，集资共同对抗洪灾。

亲爱的朋友们，
你们可能也从媒体报道得知，巴基斯坦四个省份都遭受史无前例的大范围暴雨和洪水袭击，形势严峻，对巴基斯坦人民、庄稼、牲畜、房屋、基础设施和交通设施都造成了巨大的损害。成千上万的人民都已无家可归，靠资助维持生计。伤害最大的是儿童、老人和妇女。目前为止，约有1000人死亡，数以千计的人受伤。如今雨势和洪灾都暂时无法抑制，伤亡人员很可能会不断上涨。
在如此艰难困苦的情况下，巴基斯坦政府正在向国际友国寻求帮助，筹备款项应对洪灾所带来的影响。而中国永远都会在我们需要帮助时慷慨解囊，倾力相助。
特此我写下了此封邮件，其中包括了我们需要筹备的金额及物资。

Dear friend,
As you might have come to know from media reports, Pakistan has been hit by severe and unprecedented torrential rains and flooding in vast areas in all the four provinces, causing extensive damages to human lives, crops, cattles, houses, infrastructure and communications. Millions of people have been displaced from their homes, with their houses and livelihoods totally destroyed and dependent on aid and relief. The worst hit are children, elderly and the women. So far, around one thousand people have lost their lives, with thousands injured, and the casualty figures are likely to rise as the rains and flooding is not likely to recede soon.
At this hour of great trial and tribulation, the Government of Pakistan is turning to its friends in the international community to provide in cash and in kind assistance to the flood affectees. And China has always been our best and most generous friend in need.
For this purpose, I will soon be writing a letter to you to provide details of the account number for in cash assistance and the types of commodities that are needed.
I trust that you/your distinguished company would provide maximum possible assistance for this purpose.
