值此癸卯兔年来临之际，12月29日晚，由中国服务贸易协会国际交流工作委员会主办，海南中泰福瑞技术咨询有限公司承办，中国民族贸易促进会产业融合工作委员会，广东善善行等协办的2023中国服务贸易协会国际委迎新晚宴在北京瑞吉酒店正式拉开帷幕。
Just in time when the Year of the Rabbit is around the corner, on the evening of December 29, Welcome Dinner of International Committee, China Association for Trade in Services, hosted by the International Exchange Working Committee of the China Association for Trade in Services, organized by Hainan Zhongtai Furui Technology Consulting Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the Industrial Integration Working Committee of the China Association for the Promotion of International Trade and Guangdong Shanxing Operation Management Co., Ltd., was officially kicked off at the St. Regis, Beijing.
其中，深圳市无人机行业协会受邀出席晚宴，欧洲科学院院士、世界无人机联合会主席、深无协创会会长杨金才先生以“中非无人机产业合作前景展望”为题发表主旨演讲。

During the dinner, the "International Committee", as the organizer, once again set up a platform for international exchanges, playing a role in connecting the world. 紧接着，世界无人机联合会主席杨金才先生、海南中泰福瑞技术咨询有限公司董事长罗宾先生分别与“国际委”签署了战略合作备忘录，并启动了2023年世界无人机大会和2023中非创新及发展大会，通过这两场会议，三方的国际合作将进一步推向新的台阶，并切实把科技助力经济发展落实在每一个落地的项目中，从而促进“双循环”发展，提速服务贸易的国际化。

Finally, the dinner ended with the New Year's message led by the China Association for Trade in Services and the performances of Chinese national culture such as Chinese Zither and Tai Chi.
另外，在活动的前一天，杨会长分别走访了科威特驻华大使馆，与科威特驻华大使、武官、副武官进行会谈，就无人机的需求和组团参加第七届世界无人机大会、无人机展等话题进行了交流，并达成共识。
Besides, on the day before the event, Chairman Yang visited the Kuwaiti Embassy in China, held talks with the Kuwaiti ambassador, military attaché and deputy military attaché in China, exchanged views on the topics like needs of UAVs, organizing delegations to participate in the 7th Drone World Congress and UAV Expo, and reached a consensus.
